The Change in Identity in Macbeth by William Shakespeare
"This dead butcher and his fiend like queen", may be the manner in which
Malcolm describes Macbeth and Woman Macbeth. Describe how
these two characters changed during the play.
In the beginning of the take up Macbeth sometimes appears as a courageous
soldier who's loyal to the King but is normally corrupted from the witches
prophecies and by his and Woman MacbethР’'s ambition. That is due to
the weakness of MacbethР’'s identity and the strong electric power of Lady
Macbeth and how she is easily in a position to influence him. Her durability
motivates him at the start but after he realises what he did it
is himself that goes on in his murderous, bloody route. At the
beginning of the play Woman Macbeth appears as a sort wife of MacbethР’'s
but underneath lies a scheming and treacherous female.
Initially of the take up Macbeth is a solid soldier who
fights for the King without mercy but his shoot for ambition and his
