Regarding for the book phase, Kotter's evaluating management and leadership, and grouped their differences into four factors which consisting of creating an agenda, developing a man network to get accomplish the agenda, performance and the outcomes. In this case, managing takes place upon planning, budgeting, organizing, staffing, monitoring and problem solving to make sure it creates the believed outcome intended for stakeholders from the company. Nevertheless , leaders focus on establishing path, aligning persons, motivation, motivating and produce changes which usually drastic and positive. Both equally leader and manager is a crucial assets in an organization that they need to interact to produce positive outcomes however role vary. Senior & Fleming (2006) states, director must always always be the leader when a leader could lead without being the manager. We can see the role of leadership anywhere and it is fiel in our daily life.
