Organizational Behavior is the study that investigates the impact that individuals, groups, and composition have upon behavior inside organizations, when it comes to applying these kinds of knowledge toward improving the organization's success. As such, OB is concerned with the study of what people perform in an organization and also the concerns related to work, training, expansion, performance appraisal, compensation, old age etc .
Organizational goals and objectives will be achieved by the Managers by making use of other people. To execute their jobs successfully, modern-day Managers happen to be faced with fresh challenges and they are generally required to be equipped with more than one skill; specialized skills only are not enough; additional abilities, including social skills and decision making skills are equally important.
