Abstract

Every single organization is definitely competing to outlive in this ever before increasingly difficult market environment. In order to make it through, they need regularly of excellent, gifted and productive human capital to operate organization. With that, organizations ought to provide open public servants with suitable rewards such as a great salary, appreciations, good remuneration and other type of benefits. However , there is even now a amounts of complaints received the public regarding poor assistance delivery especially from the countertop services and front-line staff. In fact , an increasing number of complaints have already been made the public due to gaps by community sectors' staff in term of support delivery. This may happen due to the lack of job motivation and resulted in poor work functionality. Therefore , this study should identify the factors that contribute to low work motivation and also to take a look at the relationship among motivational factors with employees' work determination. Questionnaires made were allocated to ninety-seven respondents from each divisions in Migrants Department. Besides, Descriptive statistics and Pearson Correlation were chosen for analyzing the information. The studies revealed that conversation is the main factor that contributes to their low job motivation. In addition , motivated personnel agreed that rewards and recognition and in addition communication might motivate those to work. In relation to this, suggestions have been generated for future improvement and suggestions proposed intended for future research. 1 ) Introduction

Every single organization is usually competing to outlive in this ever increasingly demanding and unstable market environment. In order to make it through, they need regularly of excellent, accomplished and effective human capital to operate organizations. Because of this, organizations need to provide general public servants with suitable rewards such as a very good salary, appreciations, good remuneration and other type of benefits. With this, the employees themselves will be highly motivated inside their jobs which will lead to high performance inside their work. Indirectly, this will help the organizations in competing and surviving in a challenging marketplace environment. Through this current condition, not only the private groups need to take on others, but the public sector also needs to contend in this new challenging community. Due to this, the us government has introduced Government Transformation Program (GTP) whereby under this program the government is targeted on the improvement of public companies in Malaysia (Government Transformation Programme, 2011). In Malaysia, the government has provided incentives such as income increment and good remuneration system to ensure public servants are highly skilled and motivated to do their jobs.
